Rules of CapaCity-Pkz Server

1. No Advertising = Mute
2. No Flaming = Mute
3. No Duping = Ipban
4. No monster luring = Ban
5. Report all bugs and dupe methods = Rank raising
6. No rasicm = Mute
7. No Offensive = Mute
8. Respect higher rank
9. No Autoing = ipban
10. No xlogging = ipban
11. No Spamming = mute
